ONGOING POSITIONS Writers - Freelance writers wanted for monthly articles on ISWM website. Article length should be at least 500 words. Content should be important or informative to the independent songwriter in some way. This position is for experience and reference advantage only as this position offers NO MONETARY COMPENSATION at any time for any work submitted for review or for print.

We provide opportunities to attend various music conventions, events and concerts around the United States, by arranging for complimentary press access for our writers. Although we try to accommodate the requests sent by our writers, we can not guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your specific request. Usually we seek out, or are offered, the opportunity to have our staff writers attend key music events, conventions, etc., and we pass that information to our writers.

If after six months of reliable writing ability, ISWM will furnish a work reference for your resume'. You must maintain your writing status with ISWM in order to qualify for reference consideration.
