Independent Songwriter Web-Magazine began in late 1997 out of frustration from the lack of consistent media support for the independent songwriters who have remained true to their creative goals.

It has been the mission of this publication to help build networking potentials for songwriters, as well as to educate, inform and promote the works of dedicated tunesmiths who live, breathe and eat their passion for songcrafting.
