"Forum" means a chat area, bulletin board, or e-mail function offered as part of the ISWM Network websites. You shall not upload to, distribute through, or otherwise publish through this website any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or otherwise give rise to liability or violates any law.

The Forums shall be used only in a non-commercial manner. You specifically acknowledge that soliciting any of our guests to join or become members of any commercial online service or other organization is expressly prohibited. In addition, you warrant that all so-called moral rights in those materials have been waived.

FREE CLASSIFIEDS

The FREE Classifieds expire the following month on the same day ad was placed in our directory. ISWM reserves the right to delete ads for any reason at our discretion without further explanation. FREE Classifieds are only for the specific areas listed on the FREE Classifieds page. If your ad cannot be placed it will be deleted from our system.

No advertisements, banners, or other business or personal advertising allowed that is not directly related to the ad being placed in a legitimate category and meeting the necessary guidelines for submission. Ads cannot indicate, suggest, or refer to: vulgarity, profanity, religious/political connotations, sexist/racist attitude or comments, any sexually explicit or morally degrading content, or any ethically, morally, or legally questionable material. ISWM reserves the right to post only the ads that are deemed appropriate for our audience.

ISWM merely posts the ads. ISWM Network and its advertisers, subsidiaries, staff, customers, or any person and/or company associated with ISWM Network and its subsidiaries within the universe (collectively known as "we"), do not condone, endorse, promote, or otherwise approve of, any of the ads submitted to the Free Classifieds. We cannot be held reponsible for any claim made in any of the ads posted at any time. We cannot be held responsible for any damages, injuries, fatal injuries, threats, or other physical, emotional, or spiritual damages incurred from responding to, receiving communication from, any of the ads posted in our listings. You must be aware that when responding to an ad in our listings, you are contacting strangers, and you should treat the situation with the same reserve that you would in any communication where you are not dealing face-to-face with a person or business.

Use of these ads either by reading ad(s), submitting ad(s), referring people to the Free Classifieds, or by using the FREE Classifieds in any way (including reading, bookmarking, copying, downloading, e-mailing, or any other use of this page and its contents) means that you agree to the terms and conditions set forth on this page and agree to abide by them indefinitely. These terms will terminate immediately without notice from ISWM Network if in ISWM Network's sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other ISWM Network site(s) and all copies thereof (including all browser cache page, image, and code copies), whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise.
